• Please read the ‘Notes for applicants’ carefully before you complete the application form.
  請於填寫申請表格前細閱「入學申請須知」。

• Please prepare and scan all required documents so that you can complete the application smoothly.
  請預先將所需文件掃描，以便於網上遞交申請。

• All applicants must pay an application fee of HK$75 upon submission of their application (via Credit Card). Once paid, the application fee is non-refundable.
  所有申請人均需於遞交網上申請時繳交報名費港幣75元（透過信用卡繳交）。報名費一經繳交，概不退還。
